Inside Business Development Manager based out of Matthews, NC.

The Inside Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting for new Builder clients by networking, inside sales cold calling, social media networking, advertising, and other means of generating interest from potential clients.  They will plan persuasive approaches and virtual pitches to convince potential clients to do business with the Company. They must develop a virtual rapport with new clients, set targets for sales, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.

Requirements of Candidate: Candidate attributes to include, strong phone presence and experience in making outbound sales calls, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.  Minimum qualifications should include three (3) years inside sales experience and a college degree is preferred.

Inside Sales Support Representative based out of Matthews, NC.

The Inside Sales Support Representative will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails, researching prospects and identify key contacts to generate interest, performing effective online demos to prospects, and carrying out administrative tasks as needed to assist the management team.  This individual will also assist our Customer Service Department providing secondary coverage and administrative support.

Business Development Manager based out of Indiana, Seattle, Portland, and Maryland.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting and identifying prime customer targets, cold calling for new lead generation, closing deals, and market share growth of their territory. This position offers a generous base salary, benefits, and residual commission with a six-figure income potential in the first year. All expenses paid by the company.

Requirements of Candidate: Candidate attributes to include, proven closer, self-motivation, experienced cold caller, get it done attitude. Minimum qualifications should include three (3) years outside sales experience and a college degree is preferred.

Senior Account Manager based out of Matthews, NC.

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, which includes daily interactions via phone or email, maintaining records of customer interactions, resolving any issues or questions that may arise and providing the appropriate solutions to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements of Candidate: Candidate attributes to include a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, well-organized, efficient, dependable and detailed oriented.  Candidate must also have the ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.  Minimum of 2-4 years of account management experience is required and a college degree is preferred.
