Chief Information Officer based out of Matthews, NC.
The Chief Information Officer will be responsible for managing our existing third-party IT vendors, administration of existing software, troubleshooting IT related problems, programming, and providing an analysis and solutions for our IT needs.
Regional Sales Director based out of Matthews, NC.
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for the motivation and overall success of the sales team as well as recruiting and hiring additional members for the sales team.
Requirements of Candidate: Candidate attributes include, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and professional with demonstrated experience in sales management, recruiting and hiring. Minimum qualifications should include a minimum of five (5) years similar sales management experience as well as a four (4) year college degree.
Customer Service Account Manager based out of Matthews, NC and Wormleysburg, PA.
The Customer Service Account Managers will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, resolving an array of emerging situations and questions they experience with accuracy and efficiency, and also provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. We are seeking candidates who are outgoing, personable and who have a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Starting salary of $40,000 annually.
Requirements of Candidate: Candidate attributes to include, a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and desire for teamwork, well organized, efficient, dependable and excellent attention to retail. Previous experience in an account management role is desirable.
Inside Sales Support Representative based out of Matthews, NC.
The Inside Sales Support Representative will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails, researching prospects and identify key contacts to generate interest, performing effective online demos to prospects, and carrying out administrative tasks as needed to assist the management team. This individual will also assist our Customer Service Department providing secondary coverage and administrative support.
Requirements of Candidate: Candidate attributes to include, strong phone presence and experience in making outbound sales calls, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Business Development Manager based out of Washington, Utah, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia and Pennsylvania.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting and identifying prime customer targets, cold calling for new lead generation, closing deals, and market share growth of their territory. This position offers a generous base salary, benefits, and residual commission with a six-figure income potential in the first year. All expenses paid by the company.
Requirements of Candidate: Candidate attributes to include, proven closer, self-motivation, experienced cold caller, get it done attitude. Minimum qualifications should include three (3) years outside sales experience and a college degree is preferred.
Office Assistant based out of Wormleysburg, PA.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling incoming calls, data entry and typing. We are looking for an organized and motivated individual with a positive attitude. This is a great entry level position with advancement potential.
