Regional Sales Director based out of Matthews, NC.

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for the motivation and overall success of the sales team as well as recruiting and hiring additional members for the sales team.

Requirements of Candidate:  Candidate attributes include, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and professional with demonstrated experience in sales management, recruiting and hiring.  Minimum qualifications should include a minimum of five (5) years similar sales management experience as well as a four (4) year college degree.

Customer Service Assistant based out of Wormleysburg, PA.

The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for supporting our team of Senior Account Managers.  This is  includes, but is not limited to, basic office duties, online research and placing outbound calls to gather needed information as well as assisting the account managers to ensure customer accounts are up to date.

Requirements of Candidate: Candidate attributes to include, self starter with a positive attitude, well organized, efficient, and dependable. Ability to multi task is a must. Minimum qualifications should include at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Senior Account Managers based out of Matthews, NC and Wormleysburg, PA.

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for communicating with our customers via phone and email providing them with a superior customer service experience. This is  includes, but is not limited to,  researching & resolving issues that arise, providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure resolution, keeping records of customer interactions, ensuring customer accounts are up to date, and filing documents accordingly.

Requirements of Candidate: Candidate attributes to include, self starter with a positive attitude, well organized, efficient, and dependable. Ability to multi task is a must. Minimum qualifications should include at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Business Development Manager based out of Washington, Utah, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Pennsylvania.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting and identifying prime customer targets, cold calling for new lead generation, closing deals, and market share growth of their territory. This position offers a generous base salary, benefits, and residual commission with a six-figure income potential in the first year. All expenses paid by the company.

Requirements of Candidate: Candidate attributes to include, proven closer, self-motivation, experienced cold caller, get it done attitude. Minimum qualifications should include three (3) years outside sales experience and a college degree is preferred.
