Territory Marketing Manager: (Now hiring in the Seattle, WA area)
Our Territory Marketing Managers are responsible
for the market share growth of our warranty program to homebuilders in their
designated markets. They will be responsible for all sales & marketing activities,
with excellent income growth potential by means of residual annual commissions.

profit sharing/retirement plan.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify prime customer targets (new home builders), present our program and close new business.
- Develop & Implement a strategic sales plan.
- Regularly prospecting & cold calling for new lead generation.
- Develop & Execute effective sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Maintain Organization’s computerized sales management database for prospects & activity.
- Regional travel is necessary.
Desired Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience, including proficiency in prospecting, cold calling and closing.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- A goal oriented, self motivated individual with a positive attitude.
Inside Sales: Receiving and placing calls to potential customers demonstrating
product benefits as well as assisting field sales reps in making sales. Base salary
plus commission. Great opportunity to make unlimited salary for perseverant and
