QBW has been enrolling builders of the highest skill and integrity into its premier
10-year new home warranty program since 1985. The new home warranty industry began
in the United States in 1975 as a method to restore integrity to the homebuilding industry.
The federal legislature’s pending regulations were avoided with the creation of a warranty
industry that would do business with only the best homebuilders.
Although several companies in this industry have strayed from those principles during
these past 30 years, QBW has maintained the original intent of its industry by continuing
to do business with builders who hold the highest standards of quality construction and
customer service. As a result of QBW’s integrity and steadfast screening methods, it has
been recognized as the most selective 10-year warranty program in the industry.
